We strive to be the Completions and Wellbore Intervention service company that best anticipates, understands and exceeds our customers’ expectations.  We need a Lead Sales Specialist that is driven, knowledgeable and eager to join our team and make things happen.

As an Account Manager (Lead Sales Specialist), you will be responsible for:

  •  Maintaining and growing our customer base for Completions & Wellbore Intervention customers in Canada
  • Representing our products and systems that require technical knowledge
  • Developing and maintaining strategies that build and expand our customer relationships
  • Working with all aspects of the business to ensure optimal outcomes for the customer

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or high school diploma with 5+ years industry experience
  • 3+ years experience working in the Completions product line preferred
  • At least 1 year of Sales experience required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft 360 programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc), Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
