The Client Support role provides clerical and administrative support to the agency including answering and placing phone calls, coordinating with vendors, maintaining and updating agency websites and social media content.


How you will create impact:
  • Act as primary telephone contact by receiving and redirecting callers.
  • Monitor incoming email and daily work lists.
  • Provide a full range of administrative support services including invoice processing, order/purchase supplies, and other support as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and supplies to address repair/maintenance requests
  • Process and submit requests for internal system access
  • Maintain and update agency websites and manage Facebook content, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communication across platforms
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

To join our team:  
  • Administrative Assistant program or administrative experience is an asset.
  • Customer service experience or related business experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.

Expected salary/hourly range $38,007.00 - $63,345.00

 

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
