Our client, a specialty company, is seeking a Director of Sales. Are you a disruptor with a powerful force for positive change and willing to revolutionize business using a Salesforce ecosystem?

We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Director (Head of Revenue) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the healthcare staffing industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in healthcare staffing market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading and building successful sales teams (with at least ten years of experience in sales leadership roles)
  • Proven track record of developing a book of business from scratch, including sales cycle creation
  • Extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally at a Salesforce consulting partner, with a deep understanding of Salesforce products, solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
