Our vision is simple: enable all security teams, to perform security operations with the efficiency and effectiveness needed to prevent breaches . The Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Director to drive the development of our AI-powered applications for security alert triage, investigation, and response automation. This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of engineering, AI research, and cybersecurity — with direct influence across multiple teams and product directions. You’ll guide a team of strong engineering managers and senior ICs, help define our technical direction, and ensure we scale with clarity and excellence.

  • Building and scaling a high-performing engineering organization as the company scales
  • Evolving team structure, processes, and culture to support rapid growth and cross-functional collaboration
  • Driving clarity and alignment across a growing org while keeping execution fast and focused
  • Ensuring the engineering team stays close to product and customer needs
What you’ll do
  • Lead, coach, and grow multiple engineering teams focused on AI-driven security systems
  • Partner with AI researchers, security experts, and product leads to ship high-impact features
  • Stay close to the tech: participate in architecture discussions, technical strategy, and critical reviews
  • Drive alignment across functions and scale team structures and processes as we grow
  • Be a key voice in company-wide strategic initiatives
Things we’re looking for
  • 3+ years as a hands-on engineering manager (first-line), plus 1–2 years as a manager of managers
  • Strong technical background, ideally as a former senior/staff/stakeholder IC
  • Experience building and scaling complex systems in startups or fast-moving environments
  • History of working closely with AI/ML teams or in data-intensive products]
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — cross-functional alignment is core to this role
