Mosaic Mining the Future

We are now accepting applications for the Mosaic Mining the Future Indigenous Students Program. Mosaic is currently looking for students to fill roles such as engineering, trades, business administration, and more at our Saskatchewan Potash locations in Esterhazy, Colonsay, Belle Plaine, and Regina (Please indicate location preference during online application process).

Term

September 8 to December 18, 2026

What do you need for this role?

  • Minimum 18 years of age.

  • Of Métis, First Nation, or Inuit ancestry. A status or Métis, citizenship card is required.

  • Must be full time post-secondary student in semester prior to the work term.

  • Students must include a resume, a copy of your most recent transcript, and fully complete the questionnaire found within the online application process

  • Apply Online; applications will not be accepted in any other form and only applicants selected for next steps in the recruitment process will be contacted.

  • Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug, and alcohol testing.

  • Reliable transportation - You will need to be able to travel to and from work

  • Ability to work full time during selected work term

  • Ability to effectively work with others

  • Maintain a clean work environment and comply with all safety and environmental policies

  • Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

What types of roles could I be selected for?

  • Student Engineer – working on site operations (Process, Maintenance, Mining, Reliability and/or APT student engineer or Geologist)

  • Administrative Assistant – supporting office operations, scheduling, and communications

  • Project Coordinator – managing timelines, resources, and team collaboration

  • Environmental/Lab Technician – assisting with compliance and field data collection

  • HR or Talent Support – helping with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement

Where will you be working?

Mosaic Potash Esterhazy is an underground potash mine located 90 kilometers south of Yorkton. Its split between three mine sites - K1, K2 and K3 which will be the largest, and one of the world’s most competitive underground potash mines in the world.

Mosaic Potash Colonsay is a conventional shaft mine that utilizes two-rotor mining machines and room and pillar mining techniques. This underground potash mine is located 70 kilometers southeast of Saskatoon.

Mosaic Potash Belle Plaine is a solution mine and refinery located 50 kilometers west of Regina on the Trans-Canada Highway. It is the world’s largest solution mine that is full of talented people and is home to over 500 dedicated employees.

Mosaic Corporate Canadian Office Regina located at 2010 12th avenue in Regina SK employs supporting functions of Mosaic operations. From functional areas such as procurement, engineering, quality control, IT (Information Technology), public affairs, HR (Human Resources) and marketing
