Position Overview:

As part of the Revenue Operations team the Revenue Operations Administrator supports Circle’s sales, customer success, and financial reporting functions. This role focuses on data entry, data quality, assisting with CRM workflows, supporting operational processes, and participating in the generation of reports and information relating to sales and revenue related processes and activities, customer satisfaction, and pipeline visibility. This position will also provide support to the teams responsible for our OEM distribution channel related activities. 

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry within the CRM ecosystem that includes Salesforce, Hubspot and Deal Hub including accounts, opportunities, quotes, customer information, customer contracts etc.
  • Update and create system workflow documentation and assist with user training if needed.
  • Assist in evaluating and improving CRM-related processes and marketing system integrations. 
  • Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reporting on opportunity progression, pipeline visibility, sales attainment, and bookings. 
  • With the assistance and guidance of the Revenue Operations team, assist in the preparation of operational analytics and insights, customer retention initiatives and other key data analysis. 
  • Participate in projects related to CRM improvements and operations process enhancements. 
  • Timely and accurate data entry and preparation of documentation, summaries, and reports that support the revenue team’s execution. 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency with Excel. 
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Comfort learning new technologies and contributing to process improvements. 
  • Understanding of healthcare or medical technology industries is an asset. 

Beneficial Skill/Experience:

  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools. 
  • Experience in any of medical, medical imaging, or software industries. 
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Deal Hub or others). 
  • Experience with SQL and/or SFDC custom object creation is a plus. 

Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Administration or Business or equivalent work experience.
