The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Webinar Manager to lead our global webinar strategy and program management. You will help drive audience engagement, generate qualified leads, and support our broader marketing goals. You will bring experience managing high impact webinars that align with audience needs, business objectives, and brand messaging. This is a unique opportunity to build a foundational program and enhance an existing initiative into a scalable growth driver for the organization.
You Will

  • Webinar Strategy Development: Design and partner with XFNs to execute a comprehensive webinar program, including live and on-demand formats, to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of webinars, from topic ideation and speaker coordination to content creation, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with content, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to successfully execute the webinar program and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Audience Engagement: Create compelling webinar experiences that drive attendance and engagement for our key target audiences.
  • Performance Accountability: Be accountable for webinar performance and its impact on key business metrics, including attendee metrics, engagement levels, and pipeline contribution, while continuously refining strategies to maximize ROI.
  • On-Demand Strategy: Transform webinar recordings into on-demand formats that serve as evergreen gated assets, driving continuous lead generation and feeding the marketable database for ongoing engagement.


You Have

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on webinars or virtual events.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful webinar programs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with webinar platforms, marketing automation systems, and CRM tools. Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies is a plus.
  • Global Perspective: Experience developing webinars tailored to vertical-specific and global audiences.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled at analyzing performance metrics and using data to inform decisions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
