We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst specializing in MarTech Implementation to be a part of our Manulife team. As a key member, you will lead digital analytics and marketing technology projects, assisting with tool implementation and integrating Adobe Marketing within Manulife US. This position presents an exciting opportunity to join a team that emphasizes collaboration and creativity, renowned for its outstanding results.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related IT field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital analytics, specializing in digital performance evaluation, data integration, and strategy improvement.

  • Proficient in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and outstanding computer programming principles.

  • Proficient knowledge of tagging solutions like Adobe Launch/DTM and Google Tag Manager and event-triggered data layer integration for Adobe Analytics.

  • Experience in developing and maintaining Solution Build Reference (SBR) implementations.

  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics and its associated tools within the Adobe Experience Cloud.

  • Experience supporting the deployment and maintenance of digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Tag Management Systems.

  • Proficient in developing, customizing, and resolving events and tags with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.

  • Implement analytics tracking codes, conduct quality assurance, improve user experience through A/B testing, and use targeted content with Adobe Target.

  • Familiarity with techniques for enabling digital analytics, with a focus on maintaining data layer consistency and integrating Adobe MarTech.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a production environment related to analytics technology and digital analytics tagging strategies.

  • Established proficiency in working with digital marketing, optimization, IT, and external partners to deliver mentorship on tagging solutions and governance of digital analytics.

  • Experience working with IT teams on continuous development and alignment of web property initiatives.

  • Proficiency in advancing standardized tagging methodologies and assisting IT in making architectural decisions.

  • Proficient in interpersonal dynamics, communication strategies, and time organization, embodying a motivated and strategic partnership.

  • Motivated individual who excels in collaboration, with strong critical thinking and effective interpersonal, communication, and time management abilities.

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
