Ameresco has an immediate opening for a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Software Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for documentation, client success support, and technical assistance within the AssetPlanner® enterprise asset management platform.

The successful candidate will lead documentation efforts across all modules and features, while also supporting clients through training, support tickets, and direct engagement. This role plays a key part in enhancing client experience and enabling future AI-driven capabilities within the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation across all AssetPlanner® modules and mobile applications.
  • Create client-facing materials and structured documentation to support future AI enablement.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients via phone, support tickets, and virtual meetings.
  • Deliver client training during software implementation and onboarding.
  • Accurately document, track, and communicate support activities and status updates.
  • Collaborate with the software development team, including testing new features and functionality.
  • Support continuous improvement of documentation, workflows, and client success processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years in SaaS implementation, client success, or technical support.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in:
    • CMMS platforms or SaaS software environments
    • Software implementation, training, and client support
    • Customer success or technical support roles

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with CMMS systems or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Experience facilitating web-based meetings, training, or virtual sessions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and applications.
  • Understanding of software development concepts, including testing and basic code structures.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new software tools (e.g., MaintenancePlanner).
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a client-focused mindset.
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive client success.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.
