The Opportunity
The Supply Chain organization is seeking an experienced Fieldglass Program Analyst to support our Construction Management & Inspection Program Office (CMI PMO). The CMI PMO is part of the broader P2P Process Enablement & Automation team.
You’ll be part of a growing Supply Chain function advancing how we manage contingent workforce processes across Construction Management & Inspection (CMI).
While this role is anchored in SAP Fieldglass, it also plays a key role in evolving how we manage workflows, reporting, and user experience across platforms. This includes supporting program scaling, driving improvements, and helping stakeholders adopt new ways of working.
This role is responsible for the functional configuration and management of the SAP Fieldglass Contingent module, ensuring accurate rate governance, compliant job postings, and timely processing of contingent workforce transactions. The Program Office currently manages high weekly volumes through automated processes, but the workload is expected to increase over the course of the year.
This role offers a strong growth path into process ownership, program management, and system optimization, with opportunities to influence how this program evolves as new tools, automation, and enterprise initiatives are introduced.
What You'll Do
Own and maintain core SAP Fieldglass configurations (job catalogs, rate structures, reporting), ensuring strong system governance
Manage rate governance and contractual changes, including rate schedules, time sheet allotments, and compliance controls
Support end-to-end Fieldglass operations including job postings, work orders, revisions, extensions, and closeouts
Partner with cross-functional teams (Contracts, Procurement, Projects, Construction, HR, IS) to troubleshoot issues and improve processes across the broader P2P lifecycle
Contribute to program growth and scalability by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and leverage automation
Support change management and adoption, including development of training materials and guidance for users
Work across tools (e.g., reporting, automation, and P2P platforms) to improve visibility and enhance how work gets done beyond Fieldglass
Participate in broader Supply Chain and S4 / P2P initiatives, supporting evolving system design and ways of working
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on SAP Fieldglass experience, including rate structures, rate schedules, and governance practices
A University Degree and/or designation in a Supply Chain Management program or related field of education
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in procurement, contingent workforce management, or construction/project environments
Experience in process improvement or Procure to Pay (P2P) optimization work
Familiarity with construction inspection work and field‑based workflows
Practical experience with SAP ECC, particularly within Materials Management (MM)
Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and workflow automation
Experience supporting or contributing to change management, including communications, training, or rollout support
Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and how upstream and downstream processes impact contingent workforce management, enabling effective issue resolution and change management
Ability to interpret contractual rate schedules and assess impacts on work orders and compliance
Experience working in high-volume, operational environments with strong attention to detail
Curiosity and interest in process improvement, automation, and using new tools to scale operations
