Act as an in-store HP brand ambassador demonstrating HP PCs and printers to customers, driving sales, maintaining demo-ready displays, gathering competitive intel, building store relationships, and submitting daily sales recaps.

Rapidly prototype across AI tools, Figma, code, APIs, and no-code platforms, evaluate experiments, and recommend next steps.

Drive full-cycle, high-volume recruitment focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience. Source passive and active candidates using advanced techniques, manage pipelines in the ATS, conduct prescreens and interviews, present candidates to hiring managers, and continuously improve sourcing channels to meet KPIs and urgent hiring needs.

Support client operations through data collection, cleansing, transformation, modeling and reporting. Build and automate standardized reports, design surveys and market tests, use BI tools to visualize insights, and make data-driven recommendations to support sales and marketing objectives.

Lead and manage talent acquisition programs, hire across exempt and non‑exempt roles, partner with HR and hiring leaders, improve recruiting processes, manage large staffing initiatives, use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, negotiate offers, and ensure compliant, positive candidate experiences.

Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled tools, system integrations, and internal technology initiatives for Brand Advocacy Solutions. Lead multiple concurrent projects, coordinate testing and rollout, maintain project plans and RAID logs, manage risks and stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business needs and adoption targets.
