Prepare, extract, and analyze soil and water samples using basic lab instruments; perform sample preparation, reagent preparation, data entry (GEL), QC, maintenance, and documentation while meeting turnaround times and SOP/QA requirements. Assist with instrument operation, calibration, peer QC review, archiving, and train junior lab assistants.

Perform sample preparation, extraction, filtration and analysis on soil and water samples. Operate and calibrate basic lab equipment, prepare reagents and standards, perform data entry and record-keeping, maintain glassware and lab cleanliness, follow quality control procedures, assist sample flow/archiving, and work assigned shifts to meet turnaround times.

Support design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML solutions including LLMs and Agentic AI. Build and test deep learning and traditional models, prepare data, develop pipelines, deploy on cloud (prefer Azure/GCP), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and follow security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Apply machine learning and statistical methods to integrate geophysical, geological, geochemical, remote sensing and drillhole data for mineral prospectivity and geological classification. Deliver consulting projects and client reports, support platform development (SmartSuite), evaluate new ML methodologies, assist R&D, and collaborate cross-functionally while contributing to proposals, QA, and technical documentation.

Prepare and process client soil and water samples for analysis, perform extractions and QC tasks, operate basic lab equipment, complete bench documentation, follow SOPs and safety procedures, meet turnaround times, and assist with routine lab maintenance and overtime/shift work as required.

Prepare sample extracts, operate and troubleshoot GC-FID and GC-MS instrumentation, perform analyses (alcohols, glycols, TPH), enter data into LIMS, prepare QC/calibration standards, follow SOPs and QA/QC, assist method development and training, and maintain a safe lab environment while meeting turnaround times and shift requirements.
