Manage month‑end/year‑end close, prepare Canadian and U.S. GAAP financial statements, reconcile general ledger and intercompany balances, support audits, provide variance analysis and reporting, drive internal controls and process improvements, assist budgeting/forecasting, and support ERP/automation initiatives while mentoring junior staff.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the supply chain function: greet visitors, manage phone and email inquiries, route customer requests, maintain calendars and office supplies, input and manage data, distribute mail, and provide backup support to customer service team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Handle sires and cattle using established protocols, perform feeding, cleaning, moving, health testing assistance, basic maintenance, operate farm equipment, and maintain facilities while following safety practices.

Lead JD Edwards ERP functional design, configuration, integrations, and support. Act as liaison between business and IT, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, manage changes/releases, deliver projects, and provide Tier 2 support across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.

Lead sourcing events (RFIs/RFQs/RFPs), manage supplier relationships, evaluate proposals, support contract lifecycle and vendor onboarding, track savings and procurement data, and improve procurement processes and reporting.
