Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Canadian and U.S. GAAP; maintain and reconcile the general ledger; lead month- and year-end close; reconcile intercompany balances; support audits; develop internal reports and analyses; improve internal controls and processes; assist budgeting/forecasting; support ERP enhancements and mentor junior staff.
