Build and deliver production AI systems across machine learning, generative AI, and agentic workflows. Design scalable ML and data pipelines, integrate heterogeneous data, evaluate emerging AI frameworks, and deploy secure cloud-native solutions. Collaborate with data science, product, security operations, and threat research teams to deliver customer value. Write and review code, troubleshoot production issues, measure AI quality, document technical decisions, and mentor engineers.

Leads security engineering strategy and remains hands-on designing, coding, and scaling enterprise security capabilities. Builds automation, platforms, APIs, and reusable frameworks; guides cloud, infrastructure, identity, application, endpoint, and AI security. Establishes architectures, standards, and guardrails, influences executives and engineering teams, evaluates technology risks, mentors senior technical staff, and advances secure adoption of emerging technologies across cloud-native and SaaS environments.

Leads the strategy, lifecycle, financial performance, positioning, and growth of Arctic Wolf’s Endpoint Security portfolio. The role oversees product expansion, cross-sell opportunities, competitive analysis, M&A integration, and integration with managed security services. It also leads a global product management team, establishes product metrics and operating cadences, and represents endpoint strategy to executives, customers, analysts, and partners.

Administers global employee leave, disability, workplace accommodation, and return-to-work programs across multiple jurisdictions. Manages cases from intake through closure, coordinates with employees, managers, HR, Payroll, Benefits, vendors, and insurers, and ensures compliance, accurate documentation, timely deadlines, and correct pay and benefits administration. Supports reporting, audits, process improvements, system enhancements, employee communications, and AI-enabled operational efficiency while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Owns product management for managed security services onboarding. Translates product vision into engineering plans, prioritizes cross-team backlogs, defines requirements, facilitates project ceremonies, monitors telemetry and operational metrics, and drives scalable self-service onboarding experiences. Partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and technical support to improve customer adoption, time to value, and long-term success across Arctic Wolf’s product portfolio.

Leads product strategy, roadmap, and execution for threat intelligence, threat hunting, and detection capabilities. Partners with engineering, architecture, security research, executive, sales, and SOC teams to drive innovation, product launches, OKRs, portfolio prioritization, and customer security outcomes. Requires deep cybersecurity expertise and extensive senior product management experience, with strong knowledge of emerging threats, AI applications, and enterprise security products.

Administers, configures, and supports Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and other R&D tools. Builds projects, workflows, permissions, dashboards, reports, integrations, and documentation; evaluates and implements new Atlassian tools; supports R&D lab environments; partners with IT and Product teams; tests tool functionality; and develops user training and best practices.

Build and maintain large-scale, cloud-based detection and threat-intelligence systems. Design, implement, and ship high-throughput streaming data pipelines and production-grade APIs, mentor engineers, lead architecture and cross-functional initiatives, remove technical debt, and ensure operational excellence including on-call support and security best practices.

Lead and manage AI teams to design, train, deploy, and operate production-grade ML and generative AI systems for security detection and response. Define AI roadmap, partner with product and platform teams, uphold secure MLOps practices, mentor staff, recruit talent, and deliver scalable, observable AI integrated into production cloud environments.

Manage and configure NetSuite and related business systems to support Finance, Procurement, Revenue, and accounting processes. Lead integrations, system administration, change initiatives, support, UAT, documentation, and governance to ensure scalable, compliant ERP operations and cross-team alignment.
