Lead vision, architecture, and execution for Arctic Wolf's Endpoint Platform. Oversee 150+ global engineers to build cloud-native, scalable endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), embed AI/ML, improve telemetry processing, and establish DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and secure SDLC practices. Partner across Product, AI, Cloud, and Threat Research and recruit and develop engineering leadership to increase velocity, quality, and platform resiliency.

Design, build, and operate scalable, cloud-native web applications and services for Security Services teams. Collaborate with UX and product teams, integrate AI tools, ensure reliability/performance, use CI/CD pipelines, and deliver production systems that improve security operations.

Manage and configure NetSuite and related business systems to support Finance, Procurement, Revenue, and accounting processes. Lead integrations, system administration, change initiatives, support, UAT, documentation, and governance to ensure scalable, compliant ERP operations and cross-team alignment.

The Principal Developer will lead the technical direction of the Exposure Management product area, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high engineering standards across teams.

Lead and manage Tools & Systems engineering teams to deliver non-cloud services, hardware, and test environments. Drive execution of product roadmaps, enforce secure coding and ISMS practices, remove blockers, manage hiring and budgets, mentor engineers, and improve engineering processes across the R&D organization.
