A 12-month rotational graduate program focused on technical sales, application engineering, business development, account management, customer solutions, and sales analytics. Participants engage customers, develop value-based solutions, collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Engineering, and receive mentorship and cross-functional training. The hybrid Alberta-based role requires frequent travel to Armstrong’s Toronto office.

Drive sales of Armstrong HVAC products across Southern Alberta from a Calgary home office. Build and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, wholesalers and OEMs; manage contracts and order processing; maintain CRM and produce regular sales and market reports; analyze customer feedback and market trends; support sales strategy and special initiatives; travel frequently within the region.

Provide application engineering and field support for HVAC hydronic systems: review drawings, select and size equipment, produce technical proposals, support sales and clients, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize energy-efficient solutions.
