The role collaborates with designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders while managing tasks, risks, timelines, and client-focused delivery.

Owns end-to-end Shopify Plus eCommerce projects for agency clients, including onboarding, scoping, planning, technical migrations, budget control, task management, QA, and final delivery approval. Builds client relationships, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and dependencies, and provides technical guidance on Shopify Plus, data migration, integrations, CRO, UX, and eCommerce best practices.
