Underwrite and manage a portfolio of commercial property and casualty program business. Build and grow broker relationships, assess complex risks, set pricing, monitor portfolio performance, partner with Risk Engineering and Claims, analyze large losses, ensure compliance, mentor junior underwriters, and collaborate across finance and risk functions to drive profitable growth.

Manage and adjudicate Accident Benefits claims: interpret policies, establish reserves, obtain investigative and medical reports, coordinate case management and recovery, educate customers/providers on reforms and network services, ensure compliance with internal policies, and participate in training and file reviews.

Lead underwriting and portfolio management for Plans & Programs in Western Canada. Drive profitable growth, underwriting quality, broker and partner relationships, and a team of underwriters. Provide technical oversight on complex risks, support business planning, monitor performance metrics, and partner with Claims, Actuarial, and Risk to manage exposures and improve results.
