Build secure infrastructure defaults, automate operational workflows, improve reliability and recovery readiness, define SLOs, support incident response, and lead cross-team platform initiatives. The role also mentors engineers and provides hands-on support across local, staging, and production environments.

Lead and develop five experienced analysts and data scientists while personally owning analytics across ecommerce, health, and supply chain. Partner with executives, establish KPI and reporting standards, prioritize the analytics roadmap, deliver strategic insights, and advance AI-native self-service analytics tools. The role combines people leadership, hands-on analysis, data governance, and business strategy in a remote-first environment.

Own end-to-end product experiences across web and native mobile: set design vision, run user research, rapidly prototype (AI-enabled), write production frontend code, evolve design systems, mentor designers, and drive measurable product outcomes.

Lead end-to-end ownership of a major consumer product surface, set one-year strategy and quality standards, use AI-native tools to prototype and ship, mentor PMs, define KPIs, and drive measurable business impact while raising the team's AI-product craft.
