Design, implement, and operate hybrid Azure networking (hub/spoke, Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, VPN). Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, advise leaders on corrective actions and separations, design and maintain ER and compliance programs, partner with Legal on audits and litigation, ensure regulatory and audit readiness, analyze ER trends and risks, and improve processes and tools to drive fair, consistent outcomes and strengthen organizational culture.

The Sr Marketing Technologist will manage BECU's marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring platform stability and enabling personalization and campaign execution through various integrations and data flows.
