Lead brand and digital design across campaigns, websites, email, print, and UX/UI. Develop art direction, scalable design systems, and brand-forward experiences; collaborate with developers on handoff; present work; mentor designers and freelancers; and contribute to creative strategy, storytelling, and visual direction.

Source and secure new influencer partnerships through prospecting, pitching, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management. Track deal progress and campaign performance, coordinate successful campaign execution, and contribute to monthly and quarterly booking targets. The role requires quota-driven sales ability, strong communication and negotiation skills, organization, and confidence managing budgets and deliverables.

Design digital assets and experiences across websites, landing pages, e-commerce, email, campaigns, and presentations. Create polished, conversion-minded work grounded in strong visual craft, typography, imagery, art direction, and storytelling. Build scalable Figma systems and responsive designs, collaborate with marketing, copy, and development teams, incorporate AI-assisted tools, and manage projects independently from brief through launch.
