Manage and optimize core SaaS infrastructure (Okta, Jira, Kandji), translate business requirements into technical workflows, implement automation via Okta Workflows and APIs, apply IaC principles, analyze logs/ticket trends for improvements, and partner with Security and vendors to enforce governance and cost-effective SaaS operations.

Develop brand and web strategy, direct creative execution across campaigns and product launches, manage intake/prioritization, mentor designers, oversee agencies and budgets, and maintain the brand design system to ensure consistent, accessible, high-performing creative.

Lead platform architecture for data and AI at enterprise scale: define end-to-end data flows, AI governance, AIOps standards, data contracts, reliability patterns, and mentor engineering teams to ensure secure, auditable, and cost-effective solutions.

Support financial planning and analysis for global payments: build and maintain financial models, monitor payments metrics, partner with Product/FinOps/Engineering, prepare management reporting, and drive process improvements using AI and automation.

Lead product positioning, go-to-market strategy and launches. Provide voice-of-customer insights, develop persona-based messaging, enable sales with content and cross-functional launch plans, and manage product lifecycle to drive adoption, retention and revenue.

Coordinate remediation with Fraud and Finance, monitor cross-border regulatory developments (FINTRAC, BSA/FinCEN, OFAC), leverage AI and OneTrust for automation, and advise Legal, Finance, and operations on compliance implications for products and onboarding.

Own full new-logo enterprise sales cycle across assigned territory: build and manage pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, lead discovery and solution presentations, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, forecast weekly, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences.
