Internship supporting marketing and business development operations: manage partner relationships, assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, conduct market and partnership analysis, monitor campaign performance, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain campaign/tracking tools, and improve workflows using AI.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure Java backend services and APIs. Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across microservices, databases, messaging systems, and capacity planning. Troubleshoot, profile, benchmark, and optimize systems (including ML applications) and collaborate with Kazakhstan stakeholders.

Plan and execute integrated growth marketing campaigns and GTM launches across Product, Community, CRM, Paid, and regional teams. Localize global campaigns for the CIS market, manage timelines and execution, monitor performance, recommend optimizations, and ensure consistent execution quality while coordinating stakeholders.

Own growth in the CIS region: design and run user acquisition, activation, and reactivation campaigns; run A/B tests and product experiments; optimize paid and CRM campaigns; monitor metrics and translate insights; collaborate with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, and Content teams.

Lead CIS market growth strategy and annual planning. Drive KPIs (registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity, revenue), manage budget allocation, prioritize high-impact opportunities, lead cross-functional GTM efforts, mentor local marketing, and represent the market in regional planning.

Originate, structure, and close equity capital markets deals for a tokenized products suite. Build and manage external relationships and a robust pipeline, lead commercial negotiations, prepare origination materials, monitor market activity, and coordinate cross-functional execution through diligence, documentation, and closing.

Support development of tokenized equity products by conducting due diligence, building financial and commercial models, performing market and competitor research, preparing committee memos and presentations, tracking ECM activity, and owning research workstreams through transaction execution.
