Leads Blue J’s pricing and monetization strategy for its B2B SaaS and AI products. Responsibilities include pricing and packaging analysis, financial modeling, customer segmentation, competitive research, experimentation, revenue forecasting, and implementation across CPQ, billing, and reporting systems. The role partners with Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, presenting recommendations to executive leadership and advising on deal structures, discounting, renewals, and price changes.

Lead product design efforts: research, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, usability testing, and developer handoff. Build and maintain a scalable design system, collaborate with product and engineering, contribute front-end code (HTML/CSS/React), improve Figma workflows, and advocate for usability and accessibility across the organization.
