Support end-to-end product development for a fintech payments platform: research, requirements, specs, and launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams, document workflows, and engage in partner- and client-facing product work.

Own product requirements and specs, coordinate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance, analyze KPIs and user feedback, and document decisions and workflows throughout launch and iteration.

Set goals, improve velocity, close skill gaps (AI tooling, version control), define CI/CD and development standards, collaborate with product and stakeholders, and mentor engineers to take end-to-end ownership.

Lead architecture and development of scalable, secure full‑stack services for card and payments systems using PHP and Python. Design REST APIs and microservices, optimize MySQL performance, drive CI/CD and testing standards, champion security and compliance, influence AI tooling strategy, and mentor mid and junior engineers.

Lead end-to-end product development and delivery for credit card and payments platform integrations. Drive partner implementations, define product requirements and positioning, monitor KPIs, and mentor product team members while ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution excellence.

Build and maintain PHP and Python services and RESTful APIs powering credit card issuance, rewards, and payments. Own features end-to-end, make architectural decisions, optimize MySQL queries, integrate with banking cores and payment networks, and mentor junior engineers while working asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
