The Development Coordinator handles onsite construction activities, coordinates communication among residents and builders, and supports project operations through various administrative tasks.

Lead planning, development, and production of multi-family residential products from concept through construction. Evaluate site constraints, codes, and zoning; develop layouts and prototypes; manage drawings, consultants, and drafting resources; ensure constructability, compliance, and quality; provide technical leadership, coordinate construction support, and drive continuous improvement and standards.

Lead and coordinate administrative and scheduling support for construction and production teams across Alberta. Manage pre-construction tasks, permits, utility submissions, job releases, Buildpro/Newstar data entry, trade partner relationships, team training and coaching, reporting, process improvements, and direct-report management to ensure timely, compliant homebuilding schedules.

Lead and manage production design across Alberta—oversee drawings, standards, CAD/Revit workflows, team performance, contractors, code compliance, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Support new and existing residential model development using Revit and AutoCAD; manage concept-to-sales release, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, maintain drawing standards, ensure code and bylaw compliance, and provide training and process improvements.

Serve as senior technical lead for enterprise AI initiatives, building and maintaining Copilot Studio agents, Power Platform automations, Azure AI integrations, and governance. Translate business needs into scalable solutions, guide citizen development, support M365 Copilot pilots, document architectures and runbooks, and complete structured knowledge transfer at contract end.
