Manages team performance, backlogs, projects, metrics, incident troubleshooting, audits, and continuous improvement while partnering with infrastructure, architecture, workplace technology, and security operations stakeholders.

Leads the enterprise firewall security engineering function, managing engineers, delivery execution, operational support, and capability advancement. Oversees firewall policy implementation, rule lifecycle management, segmentation, automation, validation, exception management, and cloud security controls. Establishes engineering standards, manages risks and projects, supports audits, improves processes, and partners with technology teams and vendors. Develops team talent, aligns resources with priorities, and ensures secure, sustainable business connectivity.

Supports and improves Zscaler Private Access services through application onboarding, access policy and connector configuration, troubleshooting, incident response, documentation, monitoring, and root cause analysis. Collaborates with identity, networking, cloud, security, application, infrastructure, support, and vendor teams to resolve connectivity and authentication issues. Contributes to secure access architecture, service reliability, operational standards, and technical guidance.

Lead and oversee the Gold Card Program, driving long-term program development, integration across business units, and ensuring consumer experience, clinical, and engineering expertise inform product design. Manage adaptive technology integration, team-based services for behavior change outcomes, and evaluate financial performance and value propositions for program enhancements and new development.
