Responsibilities include developing retail partner relationships, exceeding sales KPIs, expanding distribution, securing shelf and cold-box placements, executing promotional programs, planning territory routes, maintaining CRM records, managing budgets, and participating in trade shows, supplier dinners, and events. Flexible evening and weekend availability is required.
