Design and execute data quality strategies for enterprise data platforms. Test ETL/data pipelines, perform source-to-target reconciliations, build validation frameworks, write complex SQL for analysis, perform regression testing, root-cause defects, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to improve data integrity.

Lead end-to-end product delivery for large-scale banking and fintech transformations. Define roadmaps, liaise with stakeholders and compliance, architect payments and core banking solutions, leverage Generative AI to optimize product artifacts, and drive cloud-native and regulatory-compliant implementations.

Lead end-to-end user research across projects: plan and run qualitative and quantitative studies, recruit participants, synthesize insights, facilitate workshops, and embed evidence into product strategy and roadmaps while mentoring the research practice.
