Lead complex, multi-team engineering programs from definition through delivery. Own scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder communication while coordinating engineering, product, design, security, and go-to-market teams. Influence architectural decisions, manage operating cadence, provide executive visibility, and improve engineering productivity through lightweight processes and AI-enabled tooling.

Lead and grow the Core Workspaces engineering team, set technical direction, and contribute to architecture and implementation. Build reliable, extensible agentic systems involving agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, integrations, and long-running workflows. Partner with Product and Design to improve developer experiences while coaching engineers, raising technical standards, and optimizing reliability, performance, and operability.

Build and operate production systems for agentic development experiences, including agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, integrations, and long-running workflows. Extend provider-agnostic model architecture and connect agents with workspaces, tools, and developer infrastructure. Own projects through rollout, collaborate with Product and Design, participate in reviews, and improve system reliability, performance, and operability.

Build and operate backend systems enabling enterprise deployments of Coder. Design and implement scalable backend architecture, improve upgrade and migration reliability, investigate and resolve production scalability issues, own operator-facing backend features, document tradeoffs, participate in design reviews and on-call rotations.

Lead and develop an enterprise sales team to meet regional revenue targets, grow new logos, expand existing accounts, increase average deal size, enforce pipeline discipline and forecasting, and drive sales into regulated and B2B technology customers tied to cloud transformation and AI initiatives.

Embed as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers to guide deployment architecture, onboarding, and adoption of agentic AI development workflows. Lead end-to-end onboarding and remediation engagements, design repeatable reference architectures, translate complex environments into secure network/identity/infrastructure patterns, capture product feedback, and document scalable delivery patterns to drive customer outcomes.
