Create and localize English and second-language content for veterinary professionals across websites, blogs, educational resources, customer stories, campaigns, product messaging, and sales materials. Apply SEO and keyword research, maintain consistent brand voice, collaborate cross-functionally, research technical and veterinary topics, manage competing requests, and monitor content performance across international markets.

Create high-volume marketing creative across paid media, websites, social, email, presentations, events, print, and localized campaigns. Apply and evolve the brand system, develop reusable templates, use automation tools, and iterate creative based on performance data. Collaborate with marketing, content, product marketing, sales, events, and regional teams while managing multiple priorities and maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Lead paid acquisition, lifecycle, and B2B marketing across the full customer funnel. Own channel strategy, budgets, testing, forecasting, pacing, conversion, retention, and performance reporting. Manage and develop a team of five while partnering with analytics, product marketing, design, sales, RevOps, and regional teams. Partner with marketing, product, engineering, RevOps, sales, and leadership to improve measurement, define trusted metrics, and translate findings into prioritized growth recommendations.

Support customer onboarding, training, adoption, health monitoring, troubleshooting, and retention. Build strong customer relationships, identify risks and expansion opportunities, communicate feedback internally, and develop customer case studies and testimonials. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to help veterinary-industry clients maximize product value.

Own relationships with veterinary buying groups, co-ops, and practice management networks from agreement through adoption and renewal. Develop group strategies, coordinate member campaigns, monitor adoption, manage reporting and revenue-share terms, support new group launches, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Enterprise teams across multiple regions.

Product Designer responsible for maintaining and evolving the design system, reviewing UI implementations, improving user experiences, and translating customer feedback into product enhancements. The role partners closely with Product and Engineering to deliver polished, accessible, and consistent features in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps (primarily Flutter) and full-stack services. Design and operate serverless backend infrastructure on GCP/Firebase, model Firestore databases, implement RESTful APIs and integrations, monitor and debug production systems, support deployments, and collaborate across product, design, QA, and engineering to deliver scalable, well-tested features.
