Serve as a client-facing accounting advisory leader delivering controllership and operational accounting support, financial reporting and SEC filing assistance, month-end close optimization, ERP/cloud finance implementations, automation/AI enablement, and team leadership across PE-backed and growth-stage companies.

Lead accounting advisory engagements including month-end close optimization, balance sheet reconciliations, technical accounting, SEC and regulatory reporting support, ERP and finance transformation, transaction accounting assistance, client communication, project leadership, and mentoring junior staff. Drive AI and automation adoption to improve accounting processes and support external audits and financial statement preparation.

The role involves designing and building system integrations using iPaaS tools, collaborating with clients, and maintaining documentation and support for integrations.

As an Associate Director, you'll lead the design and implementation of integrations using iPaaS tools, manage teams, and help clients optimize ERP transformations.
