Leads data engineering consulting engagements, serving as a subject matter expert and data architect. Designs scalable data environments, models, pipelines, integrations, warehouses, and visualizations while ensuring quality and governance. Leads architectural decisions, project delivery, technology strategy, and AI-augmented development practices. Mentors technical teams, collaborates with data scientists, analysts, clients, and stakeholders, and drives process improvements and innovation. The remote role may require infrequent travel to the United States.

Design and build end-to-end data solutions and pipelines using modern cloud platforms; ingest, transform, and make data available for BI and downstream consumers. Partner with business stakeholders, implement CI/CD, testing, observability, and documentation, triage performance issues, and support delivery across client engagements.

Lead design, build, and deployment of production-grade Databricks data platforms across AWS/Azure. Architect scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Spark/PySpark, manage Delta Lake and Unity Catalog, implement CI/CD and IaC, provide client-facing technical leadership, and mentor engineering teams.

Design business data models and data architectures, mentor data teams, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and set standards for AI-augmented development practices.
