Design, build, deploy, and maintain production AI capabilities and intelligent workflows across a multi-tenant SaaS dental platform. Responsibilities include developing agents, MCP servers, models, RAG/embedding solutions, APIs, monitoring, and collaborating on design, code reviews, testing, and production support to improve reliability and customer experience.

Design, build, and operate production AI platform capabilities and agentic workflows across a multi-tenant SaaS product. Collaborate on architecture, write production code, perform design/code reviews, mentor engineers, troubleshoot production issues, and evaluate emerging AI technologies to scale intelligent applications.

Lead one or more development teams to design, build, and deliver Curve Dental's AI-enabled SaaS platform. Manage hiring, performance, and career growth; coordinate architecture, product, QA, and operations; enforce code quality, testing, and scalable system design; remove blockers, plan deliveries, and occasionally contribute hands-on code. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

Develop full-stack features using C#/.NET backend services and TypeScript/Angular front-end applications. Own features from design through production, contribute to technical direction, mentor developers, maintain code quality, troubleshoot production issues, write secure code, design SQL schemas and migrations, and participate in agile development, testing, and code reviews. Use AI-assisted development tools critically and support data migration, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and messaging systems as needed.
