Lead and develop a media planning team to create data-driven media strategies, collaborate with buying and operations teams, implement quality control, support campaign activation and optimization, prepare client reporting, and contribute to new business. Drive team development, retention, and adoption of data and technology to meet client goals and improve media efficiency.

Support account team with client liaison, project administration, scheduling, status reporting, and coordination of creative and production teams. Prepare estimates, competitive research, post-mortems, invoicing, and financial reconciliation while maintaining client communications and project documentation.

Moderate and engage with client social channels in English and French, write brand-appropriate content, foster safe online communities, escalate issues/trends, and learn client brand strategy, tone, and audiences. Shift-flexible, remote role.
