Support account team with client liaison, project administration, scheduling, status reporting, and coordination of creative and production teams. Translate market data and technical insights into transformation roadmaps, support product and engineering teams, and help modernize operating models and grow cross-border revenue. Requires strong consulting, AI and technology literacy, product design, storytelling, marketing attribution, and financial impact measurement expertise.

Moderate and engage with client social channels in English and French, write brand-appropriate content, foster safe online communities, escalate issues/trends, and learn client brand strategy, tone, and audiences. Shift-flexible, remote role.
