Leads mechanical building design across commercial, institutional, high- and low-rise, and multifamily projects. Serves as technical authority for HVAC, plumbing, controls, load calculations, drawings, specifications, and code compliance. Mentors engineers and designers, establishes standards and QA/QC practices, coordinates with clients and contractors, supports construction through submittal reviews and site visits, and contributes to proposals, fee estimates, and business development.

Leads mechanical drawing production for commercial, institutional, high-rise, low-rise, and residential building projects. Models HVAC, plumbing, drainage, ductwork, piping, and equipment in Revit and AutoCAD; coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes; maintains drafting standards and QA/QC processes; reviews shop drawings and submittals; supports construction; and mentors junior technologists and drafters.

Own mechanical design scopes for commercial, institutional, and multifamily building projects from concept through construction. Perform HVAC and plumbing calculations, size systems using HAP, produce Revit and AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support construction through site reviews and RFIs, manage budgets and schedules, communicate with clients, and mentor junior staff.
