Own end-to-end employee cases for Global Mobility, Immigration, and Leave Support. Guide employees and managers through processes, manage case documentation and milestones in Workday/JustAsk, coordinate with HR, Benefits, Legal, vendors, and third parties, escalate complex issues, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Design, build, and scale real-time and batch data infrastructure and pipelines (Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake) to power analytics, reporting, and AI-powered data experiences. Drive data modeling, governance, observability, and best practices while partnering with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.

Lead planning and execution of cross-team software initiatives, maintain delivery visibility, manage risks and dependencies, strengthen Agile practices, use metrics and OKRs to improve predictability, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely launches and continuous improvement.
