Translates operational priorities into digital solutions, oversees ERP, MES, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and shop-floor technology initiatives, and maintains data continuity across the digital thread. Develops business cases, prioritizes portfolios, supports implementations, resolves systemic IT issues, and ensures technology investments deliver measurable operational value. Applies Lean and Six Sigma principles while collaborating with plant leaders, enterprise architecture, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders.
