Own the strategy, governance, architecture, and technical roadmap for an enterprise digital support platform. Establish workflow automation standards, quality controls, documentation, and performance measurement. Creates and maintains digital product enablement resources, including demo recordings, knowledge base content, training materials, and RFP responses. Supports product demonstrations and enablement sessions, manages content organization and version control in SharePoint, coordinates stakeholder input, and identifies content gaps through feedback. The role helps Client Success, Commercial, and Operations teams communicate digital product capabilities clearly and consistently to internal teams, prospects, and clients.
