Design and produce electrical building designs from BOD through construction documents. Coordinate with clients, verify specifications and code compliance, manage multiple projects, mentor designers, write reports, and contribute to standards and risk management.

Lead planning, design, and construction management of municipal civil infrastructure projects; prepare specifications and tender documents; manage budgets and schedules; engage stakeholders; mentor junior staff; collaborate across multidisciplinary teams; ensure timely, sustainable, and climate-resilient project delivery.

Lead and grow EXP's municipal infrastructure practice in Western Canada. Manage municipal civil engineering projects (roads, water, wastewater, stormwater, active transportation), oversee design certification, construction administration, QA/QC, regulatory compliance, P&L, business development, team recruitment and mentorship, and champion innovation in sustainability, LID, digital delivery, and asset management.

Lead contracts and procurement strategy and execution for projects, manage contract administration, negotiations and claims, oversee procurement processes, templates and performance, provide guidance to project teams, and supervise contracts personnel and related functions.

Design and deliver electrical building systems across project phases (BOD, SD, DD, CD). Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, quality, specifications, drawings, equipment selection, reports, and mentor junior staff while applying risk management and contributing to standards.

Lead municipal infrastructure design including grading, street reconstruction, water, wastewater, stormwater, parking and active transportation. Coordinate multidisciplinary design, ensure regulatory compliance, support project delivery, perform asset management and lifecycle planning, mentor junior staff, and engage municipal clients through technical guidance and design reviews.

Lead and manage a document control team supporting infrastructure and construction projects. Oversee document printing, distribution, database maintenance, project setup, submittal logs, reporting, training, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, secure, and organized document workflows.

Prepare tender packages, contracts and specifications; coordinate specifications with drawings; interpret technical specifications and contract clauses; advise project managers and design staff; participate in multidisciplinary design meetings to meet project deadlines and client requirements.

Support regional marketing and BD by researching RFPs, managing BD inboxes, maintaining SharePoint opportunity status, producing and formatting resumes/project sheets and marketing materials, supporting proposals, and coordinating content and version control across teams.
