Provides legal advice and transaction support for project, infrastructure, acquisition, and structured finance. Drafts and negotiates complex financing and security documents, advises on risk allocation and lender protections, manages due diligence, supervises external counsel, and supports syndicated transactions. The role also develops legal precedents, processes, training, and guidance while helping establish FCC’s Project Finance business line.

Lead credit portfolio management for FCC’s lending portfolio, overseeing risk measurement, reporting, analytics, portfolio trends, risk appetite monitoring, stress testing, and mitigation activities. Provide insights to senior leaders and committees, lead portfolio reporting for executives and the Board, research credit trends, maintain stakeholder relationships, and coach a high-performing team.

Develops and supports cloud-based data pipelines, integrations, data products, reporting layers, and analytics capabilities within FCC’s AWS data ecosystem. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoots and optimizes data systems, and contributes to testing, documentation, security, and continuous improvement. Provides technical leadership and mentorship while collaborating with analysts, product teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders.
