The Director of Product Marketing will own positioning, messaging, market research, competitive intelligence, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, analyst relations, and product launch execution for cybersecurity solutions. The role bridges technical and go-to-market teams, translates complex cybersecurity concepts into customer value, supports revenue growth, measures marketing impact, and builds scalable product marketing processes and team capabilities.

Acquire net-new MSP partners across North America, build sales pipeline, deliver demonstrations, develop account strategies, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, conduct business reviews, maintain forecasts and CRM records, and provide partner insights. The role requires strong MSP channel knowledge, cybersecurity or SaaS sales experience, consultative selling skills, and occasional travel.

Investigate threats across client environments using MDR, EDR, threat hunting, and deep-dive analysis. Responsibilities include alert triage, incident response, containment, malware and ransomware investigations, detection development, network and packet analysis, client reporting, and collaboration with cybersecurity experts. The role requires supporting diverse infrastructures, occasional weekend coverage, and occasional travel.
