Leads architecture, scalability, performance, and technical direction for Salesforce and Node.js enterprise applications. Manages 10–15 engineers, mentors technical staff, hires and develops talent, and partners with product and engineering leadership. Oversees engineering quality, reliability, security, deployment processes, developer experience, and integrations with external systems. Requires extensive Salesforce architecture expertise, Node.js experience, and a strong background in software engineering leadership.

Own Flosum’s multi-year product roadmap across DevOps, backup, security, data seeding, and Veeva product lines. Translate Salesforce platform expertise and enterprise customer needs into products, including AI-powered Agentforce capabilities. Lead customer discovery, competitive strategy, requirements, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release coordination, KPI tracking, and strategic sales support. Partner closely with the CEO, engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver enterprise products and expand market share.

Lead a team of developers to architect and scale Node.js and Salesforce products, improve developer velocity, and enhance solution performance.
