Lead and mentor art directors and designers, develop creative concepts with strategists, execute across channels (digital, social, print, TV), do hands-on design, manage client interactions, and ensure quality and brand consistency.

Lead concept development and art direction across TV, print, digital and social campaigns. Produce moodboards, storyboards, design work, and oversee production. Mentor junior creatives, collaborate with strategists and clients, manage multiple projects, and ensure high-quality, effective creative that meets client goals. Must include portfolio.

Write targeted, high-quality copy across social, scripts, long-form and brand campaigns. Translate briefs into creative concepts, collaborate with creatives and strategists, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail while adapting voice for diverse audiences.

Develop and synthesize quantitative and qualitative research to produce insights, creative briefs, and digital strategy. Conduct competitive benchmarking, digital ecosystem audits, and measurement planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend and implement digital marketing and brand strategies for clients.

Lead and shape creative vision across multiple accounts, directing and producing digital-first work. Mentor teams, run client-facing strategic creative conversations, spot opportunities, and ensure timely, high-quality execution across channels (social, paid, digital, print). Be hands-on while managing people, standards, and performance in a fully remote agency environment (BC, AB, ON). Portfolio required.
