Update, modify, standardize, and manage mechanical and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and stakeholders across time zones to align drawings with project specifications. Maintain technical documentation and drawing archives, support data management, and assist with parts ordering, purchase order tracking, and invoice processing.

Provides hands-on HR support across regional field operations, advising managers on employee relations, labour relations, investigations, performance, attendance, and policy application. Supports grievances, arbitrations, union negotiations, workforce planning, M&A integration, HR programs, engagement initiatives, and operational change management. Uses workforce metrics to identify risks and inform solutions. Requires Canadian HR and employment-law knowledge, HRIS proficiency, a valid driver’s licence, and travel to regional sites.
