The role is remote and requires quarterly travel with EMEA-overlapping hours.

Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption of GitLab’s test and code coverage capabilities. Identify customer problems involving pipeline failures, flaky tests, test automation, coverage, and recovery. Partner with Engineering and Design to create agent-driven workflows for diagnosis, test optimization, coverage analysis, and safe recovery. The role requires deep program analysis, application security, systems programming, performance optimization, containerized CI/CD, and experience building trustworthy LLM tooling.

Own revenue operations policies, global forecasting, and the CRO operating cadence. Analyze process and data issues, implement system-based improvements, reconcile sales and finance forecasts, lead executive reporting, coordinate operating reviews, document processes, and mentor teammates. Own a territory of SMB prospects and acquire new GitLab customers through inbound and outbound prospecting. Manage the full consultative sales cycle, from discovery and business-case development through negotiation and close. Build pipeline, meet customer and recurring-revenue targets, collaborate with sales and technical teams, analyze wins and losses, and improve acquisition playbooks. The role also requires learning GitLab’s DevSecOps platform and related technologies.

Own a portfolio of SMB customers, driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and retention.
