Leads the implementation team, managing performance, coaching, hiring, capacity planning, and career development. Owns implementation playbooks, methodologies, tooling, training, and process improvements to increase consistency and time-to-value. Monitors KPIs, CSAT, quality, adoption, and implementation metrics while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Product to resolve blockers and improve the customer journey.

Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, building rapport with potential customers, qualifying leads, scheduling demonstrations, and supporting Sales Executives. The role requires approximately 60 calls per day, detailed qualification notes, and consistent achievement of revenue and opportunity targets. Candidates need sales and customer support experience, strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency with software programs. The position is remote and based in Canada.
