Supports development, customization, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance of Elite 3E and related financial and legal technology solutions. Writes and troubleshoots code, works with APIs and data exchange technologies, assists with workflows and automation, participates in requirements gathering, documentation, code reviews, quality assurance, and client projects. Collaborates with senior developers and stakeholders while building software development and consulting expertise.

Designs, develops, and implements learning solutions supporting go-to-market and sales enablement priorities. Responsibilities include instructional design, curriculum and content development, learning project management, stakeholder collaboration, digital learning implementation, LMS administration, quality assurance, assessments, and continuous improvement. The role independently manages learning workstreams from needs assessment through launch and evaluation while partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, and external providers.

Conduct client interviews and process analysis to identify legal workflow automation opportunities. Create process maps, requirements, solution designs, and documentation; configure and test no-code or low-code workflows; troubleshoot and support CLM and legal AI tools. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and problem solving while managing project scope, timelines, budgets, reporting, and client delivery. Collaborate with legal, engineering, and development teams to improve enterprise legal operations.

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with employees and leaders to implement HR initiatives, improve engagement, manage talent processes, and provide guidance on HR matters.
