Provides front-office and administrative support for the Calgary office, including reception, phone and email coordination, calendar management, meeting planning, documentation, filing, report preparation, inventory management, and office organization. Maintains records, distributes communications and meeting minutes, coordinates virtual meetings, and supports internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential information professionally.

Administer and govern SharePoint Online to ensure reliability, security, and compliance. Manage site architecture, permissions, document governance, and lifecycle. Troubleshoot SharePoint and OneDrive issues, support Power Automate workflows, create SOPs and training, and collaborate with Application Support, Business Analysts, and Security teams.

Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud network, server, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Install/configure hardware and network devices, monitor performance, administer AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, backups, and cloud services. Coordinate vendors, follow change management, maintain documentation, support migrations and acquisition integrations, and provide after-hours on-call support.
