The Customer Success Safety Advisor ensures customer retention and growth by providing technical support for Hexagon's mining solutions, guiding customers in adopting technology, and identifying additional opportunities.

Manage and grow relationships with existing mining clients across Canada, act as primary client contact, drive renewals and upsells, coordinate support and technical advice, prepare forecasts and reports, and collaborate with sales, service, and finance to deliver client value and satisfaction.
