Build and maintain production-grade AI agents that investigate, reason over, and act on high-cardinality observability data in Honeycomb Canvas. Own agent development from prototype through production, including evaluation frameworks, performance, reliability, memory, spatial awareness, and full-stack integration. Extend Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills while applying product judgment to define future agent capabilities.

Design and implement high-quality storage and query infrastructure for billions of events. Independently scope and deliver complex projects, improve performance and reliability, support production systems through on-call rotations, and reduce operational toil. Collaborate with Product Management and engineering teams, mentor peers, debug critical issues, define KPIs and SLOs, and drive foundational technical improvements across the organization.
